Next year, it is very possible that Samsung will show the public the new member of the high-end of its particular portfolio of advanced mobile phones: the Samsung Galaxy S4. And it is that the first leaks have already been dropped about its possible technical characteristics sheet. Among them: a five-inch screen with Full HD resolution. Even so, a performance test of a new model has just been known: Samsung GT-i9400, a smartphone that, if they do not fail, would be called to be the next flagship of the Korean.
The NenaMark performance results page has posted a new entry. Recently it was known, through the same medium, that Sony was testing a device with Android 5.0 and that it could be a new device to add to the Google Nexus family. Now new results have been seen that indicate that, indeed, Samsung would be working on a new smartphone . The test indicates the name: GT-i9400, a nomenclature that the Asian giant usually uses for its creations.
Taking into account that the current Samsung Galaxy S3 is technically named Samsung GT-i9300, it is to be assumed that this new model could be the future Samsung Galaxy S4 that is expected for the next year 2013. However, there are some data that do not match the characteristics of the following first sword.
For starters, Samsung Galaxy S4 ”” or Samsung GT-i9400 ”” would come with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean installed. So far, everything is correct. And it is the most logical move. In addition, for example, Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 could receive early next year in the form of an update.

On the other hand, the working frequency of the processor that has been registered marks 1.2 GHz. Even having a quad-core processor, it is strange that the figure collected is lower than what is known so far ”” Samsung works on four-core Exynos processors with a minimum of 1.4 GHz of power ””.
However, this does not mean anything. According to the GSMArena page, the same happened with the current Galaxy S3: figures were leaked that did not correspond to the model that would later be presented in society. Therefore, they attribute these results to the fact that, on the one hand, it may be false information. Or, that the first tests are being done with a model in beta phase "" in tests "" along with a ROM also in its early stages.
Also, Samsung Galaxy S4 could be shown at an event outside the framework of the next Mobile World Congress to be held at the end of February. And it is that, from several specialized portals, they point to the month of May as a possible presentation date.
