The day has come when Samsung's new flagship is definitely known: The Samsung Galaxy S3. The company chose May 3 for the presentation - in London - of its new super-sales. However, there is no doubt that it has been one of the terminals from which more rumors have arisen; many of them without any foundation, and others revealing some of its future characteristics. But let's review before this afternoon reaches the end of uncertainty.
One of the hottest topics was knowing what screen size the Korean giant's new star mobile would have. Taking Google's third generation of advanced mobile phones (Samsung Galaxy Nexus) on the market and taking a look at their characteristics, it could be deduced that the screen would not drop below 4.5 inches —something more than the current model that stands at 4.3 inches.
However, recently several leaks came to light: on the one hand, a possible user manual that showed a terminal called Samsung GT-i9300 accompanied by some of its technical characteristics. On the other hand, a screen protector also made an appearance before confirmation by Samsung. In both cases it is concluded that this Samsung Galaxy S3 will have a 4.8-inch screen.
Addressing another issue - and in this case it is confirmed by the manufacturer - the rumors spoke of a possible advanced terminal with a quad-core heart. Samsung did not miss the occasion and presented in society the next manager of the performance of its teams, both on mobile phones and tablets. Your name? Samsung Exynos 4 Quad. However, the user manual that came to light stated on the table that nothing could be further from reality: Samsung Galaxy S3 could carry an eight mega-pixel sensor. What should be clear is that both video playback and recording will have a very good quality: 1080p or Full HD, to be specific.
Another pending issue is the final design of the new smartphone. If Samsung continues with the same philosophy as previous years, the European version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 will have a central button, while the American version would lack it. An example of this situation could be the Samsung Galaxy Note. In addition, the screensaver that has recently appeared, gives credence to this theory again.
