The date that sounds the most so far for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 is the month of May. To be more specific, it could be the 22nd, as stated in one of the last leaked images. However, according to a Chinese newspaper, the company is in the phase of an aggressive marketing campaign and could be rethinking the launch date. Now it is said that April would be the most suitable month.
This week the Samsung 2012 forum was held in Beijing. Its host has been the President of the Chinese division, who would have said that Samsung would be pressing for the launch of the company's new flagship (Samsung Galaxy S3) to advance its launch a month; that is, to go from the month of May to the month of April.
Also, this launch month is nothing new. The well-known blogger Eldar Murtazin already indicated in his day that April would be the chosen date. Even so, Samsung has not commented on the matter. The only thing that the manufacturer commented is that the new smart phone would not attend the most important mobile phone event in the world: the Mobile World Congress 2.012.
Another reason that seems to have weight is that HTC would launch its new HTC One series next month, and therefore Samsung does not want to let its direct opponents breathe. In this way he would be competing with his opponents from the first moment. It has also been indicated from the Chinese publication that the launch in April could only be in Asian territory, where, for example, the Samsung Galaxy Note has been received with great enthusiasm.
At the moment, no technical characteristics have been confirmed. Of course, up to now there have been several images - supposedly official - that have appeared on the scene. All of them indicate that the smartphone screen will grow in size. Its measurement would be between 4.5 and 4.8 inches. Another of the star features that could be expected from this mobile is a quad-core processor from Samsung itself under its Exynos chips.
Meanwhile, there are more curious functions that have been played in the technology scene lately. One of them would be the possibility of being in front of a mobile that was capable of submerging under water and not suffering any damage. The other is to be able to charge your battery without having to be plugged into a power outlet; induction technology would be used for this.
Finally, another feature that could occur in the first sword of Samsung would be the possibility that the central physical button that appeared so far in models such as the Samsung Galaxy S or Samsung Galaxy S2, disappearing in favor of touch-sensitive buttons and leaving a much cleaner design. This has been seen in the latest images that have come to light and whose model has the code name of Samsung GT-i9300.
