Indeed, the Samsung WMG160 is a device that goes hand in hand with the much appreciated Samsung Galaxy S, a high-performance touchscreen smartphone. We are facing a video adapter that comes to update the old WMG100, now incorporating all the technical characteristics necessary to adapt to a high-performance mobile phone. The fact is that this video adapter has free Wi-Fi running at the standard 'n', which will allow us TRANSFER high resolution videos (720p) and have a refresh time up to 30 frames per second.
It supports formats AVI, ASF, MP4, WMV, MPG, TP, 3GP, K3G, SKM, MKV and the video codecs DivX, XviD, MPEG-4, H.264, WMV9, VC-1, MPEG- 2 and WMV7 / 8. Regarding the audio codecs, we must mention MP3, AAC, AC3, WMA, Vorbis (OGG) and in image, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF and BMP. The new Samsung WMG160 is postulated as an adapter with a modernized design and rounded edges, preserving, of course, the same positions for the connectors as in the old Samsung WMG100. The device is known to start at £ 84, which would be about102 euros at the current exchange rate.
