We already had in mind that the Korean firm Samsung had planned to unveil a second smartphone that was very interesting, in the framework of presentations of the brand new Samsung Galaxy S II. We refer to the existence of a terminal equipped with the famous NFC (Near Field Communications) technology, the same one that allows us to make payments through the mobile phone, without having to take out the card or purse in stores with this compatible technology. The fact is that now, before the new Samsung Galaxy S II makes its triumphant appearance in stores, some images have already appeared that confirm the existence of a new device signed by Samsungthat would boast of being equipped with this acclaimed technology.
We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S II with NFC, a device that would have the internal technical number of GT-I9101, clearly differentiating itself from the GT-I900 that corresponds to the current Samsung Galaxy S II. It should not be forgotten, in this sense, that the Korean firm announced from the beginning that it would unveil a smart mobile phone - or smartphone - with an NFC chip included. The surprise came from the launch in the United Kingdom, just when the first buyers realized that the new flagship of the Korean did not deliver as promised. In fact, you will remember that at this year's Mobile World CongressSamsung announced the integration of the novel technology.
But it has not been that way. The image that has just appeared in the media, however, corroborates Samsung's intention to present several models with different features. In this sense, apart from having different processors with differentiated potentials, the new Samsung Galaxy S II with NFC (or what is the same, the GT-I9101 model) could be one of the devices that would differ from the original version of this Galaxy S II. We will have to wait a bit to know, from Samsung, official details about its definitive technical sheetand launch. In fact, rumor has it, the Samsung Galaxy S II with NFC could arrive much earlier than expected. Everything will be seen.
