Anyone who has tried to record a video with the mobile camera when the light is not on our side, will have realized that the result can be really disastrous. That is something that the new generations of terminals seem to try to improve, and of course, according to what is demonstrated with the Samsung Galaxy S II, it seems that certainly the next batch of devices could more than meet expectations. At least, in the case of the next flagship mobile of the Korean manufacturer.
Through the Russian blogger @dryab, it has been seen how the Samsung Galaxy S II records video when the scene has everything, except light. It is a sequence filmed inside a disco? where the only light comes from those little machines that project colored beams into the darkness of the establishment. A hostile environment, of course, for those seeking sharpness and clarity as much as possible. Nonetheless, it seems that the 1080p video function of the Samsung Galaxy S II can handle that. At least within reasonable margins.
We had already had news about how the LG Optimus 2X camera records (very similar to that of this Samsung Galaxy S II, at least, in terms of maximum resolution and frame rate per second), with which we had I have an idea about the results obtained with this new generation of mobile cameras. However, on that occasion, the scene was made in daylight (at least, in the light of a cloudy day), so it remained to be seen how he behaved when he did not have them all with him in less bright environments.
Although the Samsung Galaxy S II includes a double LED flash that incorporates a torch function to give light to the videos, it does not seem that in the case of this example it has been activated during filming, so this is a sample focused on power sensor of the device under the most unfavorable conditions.
