Samsung has updated this month the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime, a terminal intended for emerging markets, but we do not rule out that it reaches Europe. Although its design is classic, this terminal has some very interesting features. We have a 5.5-inch screen, 3 GB of RAM, a camera with a good f / 1.9 aperture and a 3,300 mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime is sold only online and only in some countries like India. However, as we said, we do not rule out a possible arrival in Europe.
The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime doesn't feature the frameless design that is so trendy lately. But this does not mean that we do not have an elegant finish. The terminal has a metallic unibody body, very thin and without bumps on the camera part. On the front we have the usual buttons, as well as the fingerprint reader. This is located under the start button.
Remarkable is the photographic section of the terminal. The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime equips a 13 megapixel rear camera with f / 1.9 aperture. This camera comes with an LED flash and an autofocus system. It is also capable of recording with Full HD resolution at 30fps.
In its front we have an 8 megapixel camera also with f / 1.9 aperture. It also has the Wide Selfie function, which will allow us to take group selfies more easily.
Inside the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime we have a processor with eight 1.6 GHz cores. Accompanying this chip we find 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. This capacity can be expanded using a microSD card of up to 256 GB.
We also have a 3,300 mAh battery, a more than interesting capacity. To charge it we will have a Micro USB port, very common in lower-priced terminals.
In short, we are facing a terminal with a nice metallic design and very acceptable technical characteristics. Despite not having a very powerful processor, it has a good amount of RAM. We also have a very bright camera. As we said before, we do not know if the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime will arrive in Europe. At the moment it will be put on sale in emerging markets with a price, at the change, of about 120 euros.
