Samsung galaxy ace gingerbread, it begins to update this samsung mobile to gingerbread
One of the members of Samsung's Galaxy family has started receiving the update to the latest version of Google's Android icon system. Gingerbread, which is how the edition used in the latest terminals on the market is called, is gradually reaching the Samsung Galaxy Ace model.
Gingerbread for Samsung Galaxy Ace is now available to users in Russia and Poland, first of all. Although from Samsung they assure that it will reach the rest of the market, among which is Spain, in the coming weeks. In order to update this advanced Samsung terminal, the customer will only have to connect their touch mobile to a computer and install the new version using the Samsung Kies software, which is available for both Windows and Mac computers.
With Android Gingerbread installed on Samsung Galaxy Ace, the user will get different improvements. And it is that regarding Android 2.2 Froyo (current version installed in the terminal), Gingerbread presents aesthetic changes in its user interface as well as in performance in general, where it is worth highlighting its better management of battery life. Also, the virtual keyboard has been improved; a keyboard with more widely spaced keys has been included for faster typing with fewer glitches.
And is that since Samsung commented back in May that his entire Samsung Galaxy family would receive the update to Android Gingerbread, this is the first official launch and that it will appear through Samsung Kies. Finally, the exact version that will be received will be Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread.
