After a huge wave of rumors and leaks, the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is official. This new high-end mobile phone is an economical alternative to the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. Since this mobile is also compatible with this type of network, being one of the cheapest terminals on the market with this technology. In addition to this, the Galaxy A90 has other very interesting features, such as a huge 6.7-inch screen, large battery or the possibility of connecting Samsung Dex. Samsung wanted to have a cheaper option, and those users who want to enjoy the 5G connection will not need to spend more than 1,000 euros on a Samsung mobile. Thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, we can have support for these types of networks. Although it is true that the coverage is not very wide, at least in Spain, the device also supports 4G connectivity. Therefore, it can also work with a 4G network without any problem.

Beyond the support for this type of network, the Samsung Galaxy A90 mounts a 6.7-inch screen with Full HD + resolution. Of course, with AMOLED technology and with the implementation of the fingerprint reader under the screen. Inside we find a 6 and 8 GB RAM, as well as 64 or 128 GB storage, which are expandable via micro SD. All this under a 4,500 mAh battery, which also incorporates fast charging. The Samsung Galaxy A90 arrives under Android 9.0 Pie and One UI. Here we see some advantages over other models in the Galaxy A range. Yes, it has Samsung Pay and Bixby, like the other devices. However, the ability to use Samsung Dex has been added.
With Samsung Dex we can connect the device to a monitor using a USB C to HDMI cable and apply the option through the device settings. The terminal will share the screen and apply a desktop mode. In this way we can navigate as if it were a desktop computer. In addition, with the possibility of connecting a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Some of the most important apps, such as Gmail, Word, Internet… are compatible with Samsung Dex and apply a desktop interface, much better adapted than on mobile.
We do not forget the photographic section. This new mid-range mobile mounts a triple camera on the back with a 48 megapixel main lens.
