Through the Sammobile website, we learned that the Korean giant Samsung has just made official the announcement of two new terminals that would join its catalog of mid-range and entry-level phones, respectively. These are the Samsung Galaxy A Star and the Samsung Galaxy A Star Lite. Samsung Galaxy A9 Star
What is most striking about this new Samsung Galaxy A9 Star is that the Korean brand has dispensed with the notch, while still maintaining the infinite screen, with a size of 6.3 inches and a Full HD + resolution. Regarding the photographic section, we see that the brand has not skimped on offering the user a good option, by implementing a 24 + 16 megapixel double camera and phase detection autofocus, which will capture moving objects with greater clarity. The selfie camera offers 16 megapixels.
Its interior houses a classic mid-range processor, a Snapdragon 660 that if we add the 4 GB of RAM will be enough to run several applications at the same time without affecting the use of the device. To complete the specifications, we will have 3,700 mAh of battery and Android 8 Oreo. We do not know if this terminal will end up reaching Europe. In China it will have a price, at the exchange, of 400 euros approximately.
Samsung Galaxy A9 Star Lite
Little has transpired from the more modest version of the Samsung Galaxy A9 Star. On this occasion, the Samsung Galaxy A9 Star lite maintains the same RAM and the same internal storage but we have a lower camera than its older brother. Although it also has a dual sensor, we see a 16 + 5 megapixel combo. Thanks to the Snapdragon 440 we can have in this double main camera portrait effect in real time. That is, we can take a photo of a friend and see, directly, the background out of focus, before finally taking the photo.
In addition, we will have fun augmented reality masks, a smart photo album and a special Dolby Cinematic Sound mode. Between the two terminals there is a price difference, at the exchange rate, of about 140 euros. Although we do not know if these terminals will reach Europe and at what prices, we will continue to report any movement in this regard.
