The Samsung Galaxy A8 officially arrives in Spain. After being put on sale in other European countries, the first terminal of 2018 from the Korean manufacturer can now be purchased in our country. The A8 sits at the top of the mid-range, with features and price that border on the high-end. We have a nice infinity screen design, an octa-core processor, lots of memory, and an impressive selfie camera. So, now that it has arrived in Spain, we are going to review in which stores the Samsung Galaxy A8 is available and what is its price.
Features Samsung Galaxy A8
Before seeing in which stores we can get the terminal, we are going to do a quick review of its characteristics. The first thing that strikes us is its design. The manufacturer has extended the concept of an infinity screen in almost its entire range, although with some differences from the high-end models. For example, the edges of the Samsung Galaxy A8 are wider and the screen somewhat smaller. It has a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED panel with an FHD + resolution of 2,220 x 1,080 pixels. That is, it has an 18.5: 9 format.
As for the rest of the design, we have a very elegant metal and glass chassis. Although it does not have a curved screen on the sides, the side edges of it are very narrow. In addition to the glass, the back is marked by the fingerprint reader and the camera. Both have a black color that stands out from the rest. It might have been more elegant to keep the color constant, but Samsung has preferred to highlight these elements.
The terminal is available in three finishes: purple, gold and black. However, these colors are limited to the edges and the rear, the front being always black.
Inside we have an Exynos 7885 processor with eight cores up to 2.2 GHz. Accompanying this processor we have 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the battery has a capacity of 3,000 mAh and is charged with a USB Type-C connector.
The photographic section is responsible for a main camera with a 16 megapixel sensor and f / 1.7 aperture. However, on the front we have a dual sensor with 16 + 8 megapixels, both with f / 1.9 aperture. Additionally, Samsung has included the Live Focus feature.

Stores
The Samsung Galaxy A8 is already available in various stores. For example, we can get it in Media Markt with a price of 500 euros. We have it available in three colors: purple, gold and black.
We also have it available at Phone House, with a price of 475 euros. Apart from these two best-known stores, we can also find it in CSmobiles for just under 460 euros. At the moment we have not found it in other distributors.
Operators
Another option to acquire the terminal, widely used in our country, are the operators. At Movistar we can get the Samsung Galaxy A8 free for 500 euros. We can also pay it in 30 payments of 18.98 euros per month. If we do so, we will pay for the terminal almost 570 euros, since Movistar finances with interest.
We also have the Samsung Galaxy A8 available from Vodafone. If we want to buy it in cash, its price is 480 euros. And if we prefer to finance it, it will depend on the rate we choose. With the M Network, one of the most common, we will pay 20 euros per month for 24 months.
