One week left so we can finally see the new Samsung Galaxy S10. While it is true that part of its features are already known to all, to date none of these had been confirmed by Samsung… At least until today. And it is that a few minutes ago the company has published a series of videos where several of the characteristics of the official Samsung Galaxy S10 are shown. Speciations such as the on-screen fingerprint sensor, irreversible wireless charging and even the optical stabilization of the front camera.
Samsung Galaxy S10: the 3 key features of Samsung's high-end
There is no longer any doubt. This morning Samsung Vietnam through its official channel on YouTube has published up to three videos showing three of the main features that the Galaxy S10 will premiere on February 20 in the American city of San Francisco.
Reverse wireless charging
The first of the features that Samsung highlights from the S10. Reverse charging technology will allow different fast charge compatible devices to be charged using the Qi standard through the phone itself. It remains to be seen if it is capable of charging several mobiles at the same time, although everything points to yes.
Another aspect that is not yet known is whether the charge will be fast to exceed the one presented by Huawei with the Mate 20 Pro.
Optical stabilization (OIS) and 4K on the front camera
It had been rumored since last week and it seems that it will finally be like that. In the video in question you can see how the phone will be able to compensate for vibrations with what we assume will be an optical stabilization system. Recall that to date no mobile phone includes this type of system in its front camera, being a feature carried only to the rear cameras.
Finally, it should be noted the 4K recording capacity that is supposed to be compatible with the front camera. The doubt lies this time in whether it will be an exclusive feature of the Galaxy S10 Plus.
In-screen fingerprint sensor
The integration of the acclaimed fingerprint sensor is finally confirmed. It does so with what will be an ultrasound-based technology capable of identifying our fingerprint anywhere on the screen, as can be seen in the video.
Also, according to the latest rumors, the sensor unlock speed will be much faster than current sensors. Unfortunately, we can only see it on the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus. The S10e will feature a traditional sensor located on the side unlock button.
