Despite the fact that the 7 series was already unveiled by the brand at the beginning of November, its arrival on the European continent had been a mystery. We are talking about the Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro, the smartphone duo that precedes the 6 series. Now the company shows off its two new mid-range terminals in Spain, with prices that once again open the ban on cheap phones. All this with specifications more typical of the high-end, such as the 65 W fast charge, the AMOLED screen or the 90 Hz frequency.

Same design and different screen and dimensions
So is. Although the name may incite us to think otherwise, the truth is that the Realme 7 is larger than its older brother, specifically 6.6 inches, compared to the 6.4 of the Realme 7 Pro. Another difference that we find between these two terminals is born from screen technology. And it is that while the Realme 7 consists of an IPS LCD panel with 90 Hz frequency, the Realme 7 Pro opts for an AMOLED panel with 60 Hz.
Both have the same resolution (Full HD +), although by the very nature of AMOLED screens, the Realme 7 Pro has a fingerprint sensor under the panel. The Realme 7, for its part, opts for a side location to clear the entire rear surface.
Speaking of the rear of the two terminals, the only noticeable difference is in the camera module: longer on the Realme 7 and wider on the Pro model. Of course, the Realme 7 is also heavier and thicker: 196 grams and 9.4 millimeters versus 182 grams and 8.7 millimeters.
Mediatek vs. Qualcomm
In the technical section, the differences are also significant. The Realme 7 has a configuration supported by a Mediatek processor, the Helio G95, along with 6 and 8 GB of RAM and 64 and 128 GB of storage. The Realme 7 Pro, on the other hand, uses a Snapdragon 720G with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
The rest of the specifications are practically identical, except for the Bluetooth connection (5.0 compared to version 5.1 of the Realme 7 Pro) and the GPS (dual connection in the case of the Realme 7 Pro). Both have dual-band WiFi, USB Type-C, and a 3.5-millimeter headphone jack.
Beyond the technical differences that we have just mentioned, the biggest difference between the two terminals is found in the section on charging and autonomy. On the one hand, the Realme 7 Pro has a 4,500 mAh battery and a 65 W fast charging system. In the case of the Realme 7, the phone has a 5,000 mAh battery and a 30 W load.
Same photographic set with minor differences
Realme has not bet on the differentiation between its two mid-range models. In fact, both terminals use the same photographic set on the back. We are talking about four 64, 8, 2 and 2 megapixel cameras with the usual sensor configuration: main sensor, wide angle lens, depth sensor and macro lens. It should be noted that the main sensor is signed by Sony in both, a sensor that is also capable of recording in 4K.
At the front, the two terminals opt for a single sensor, although the differences are more notable. While the Realme 7 has a 16-megapixel sensor, the Pro model has a 32-megapixel sensor.
Price and availability of the Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro in Spain
We come to the most interesting section of all, the price. Realme has just made public that the two terminals will begin to be available in our country as of October 13. The price roadmap announced by the manufacturer is as follows:
- Realme 7 with 4 and 64 GB: 180 euros
- Realme 7 with 6 and 64 GB: 200 euros
- Realme 7 with 8 and 128 GB: 250 euros
- Realme 7 Pro with 8 and 128 GB: 300 euros
Realme has announced that the warranty on its devices is extended to 3 years, following the policy of other companies.
