One of the most important aspects that determine whether we are going to lean towards a mobile phone or another is, of course, the screen. It is the main thing about a mobile phone, where all the looks will end and it is therefore essential that it be of good quality and have good resolution, as well as that its failures are minimal. And we are now talking about the screen of the new OnePlus 6T since many users are reporting quite strange bugs, as stated by the Übergizmo website.
If you have a OnePlus 6T, watch out for this screen glitch
In the video that we show you below you can see, in detail, the problem that some users who decided to buy the OnePlus 6T are suffering, the latest flagship of the Chinese brand that stands out for maintaining 'affordable' prices in terminals with characteristics that, in other brands, they would have a higher price. If you look closely, you can see, towards the end of the video, as it appears, at the bottom of the screen, a kind of 'glitch' error in the form of color interference. Users have no idea of the trigger for the error, as there is nothing that conditions it, it just appears when they least expect it.
There is something, however, that all OnePlus 6T users do share. All users who use, interchangeably, the fingerprint sensor under the screen or facial recognition suffer from this type of failure on the lock screen. Users have done what any phone owner would do in this case, which is a hard reset of the mobile phone. A fact that is not conducive to fixing the phone, so the error is most likely due to a physical component of the terminal.
The company has not officially declared anything regarding this display issue. The user who is affected by this problem can contact the OnePlus technical service on its official page. If they do not value it as an option, they can wait for the brand to solve it with an update, although it is likely that the failure refers to a hardware issue and not so much a software issue.
