HTC's new touch tablet is taking shape. And it is that the Asian manufacturer plans to bring to the market a larger equipment than the current HTC Flyer, the seven-inch tablet that can already be purchased in Spain. The new model known as HTC Puccini would be a 10-inch touch screen to make browsing Internet pages and daily work much more comfortable.
The latest news from HTC Puccini comes in the form of images, thanks to the guys at The Boy Genius Report . The images show the new touch tablet based on Android next to a protective sleeve and a pointer pen to take notes on the screen so much more efficient. In addition, although the logo that appears in one of the corners of HTC Puccini is from the North American operator AT&T, its connection will be GSM, so it is very possible that it can be seen on the other side of the pond.
Meanwhile, few specifications have come to light. The only thing that can be confirmed is that in its back there is a camera with an eight megapixel sensor and that it will be accompanied by a double LED-type flash. The rest are pure rumors. On the one hand, it is speculated that its processor will have a working frequency of 1.5 GHz and that it will be borne by Qualcomm.
The user interface will remain the same as used in the full range Android of HTC: HTC Sense. The Android version that will be installed will be Honeycomb and, most likely, it is the latest version once it goes on sale: Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Finally, although this aspect will only affect the US market, your data connection could be 4G or LTE.
