We already have among us the new mid-range of the Xiaomi brand, the first terminal, in addition, that appears detached from the mother brand and that will have the name of, simply, Redmi Note 7. Of course, the brand will continue to belong to Xiaomi, with all that that entails and that is a house brand, sprinkling the entry and average range of the market with terminals at very succulent prices and a quality-price ratio that many are willingly accepting.
Redmi Note 7 at a price to take into account
And this new Redmi Note 7 was not going to be an exception in the catalog. The new mid-range of the Chinese brand arrives in Spain in two different variants. The first and most affordable will offer the user 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage at a promotional price of 149 euros and available from March 14. When the first 5,000 units sold are sold out, the terminal will cost 179 euros. The other available model will offer the user 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage for 200 euros, available a week later, on March 21.
Processor, autonomy and operating system
Under the hood, the new Redmi Note 7 incorporates the eight-core processor Snapdragon 660, which has a maximum clock speed of 2.2 GHz. It is accompanied by versions of RAM and internal storage, 3/32 and 4/64 respectively. If 64 GB is still not enough, you can increase the space by up to 512 GB by inserting a microSD card.
In terms of autonomy, the Redmi Note 7 does not lower its guard with respect to previous terminals and maintains the 4,000 mAh, being able to offer the user up to a couple of days of use or a day and a half in more intensive mode. And the operating system version? Well we are in luck because we will have the last of the green robot so far, Android 9 Pie, yes, under the MIUI 10 layer typical of Xiaomi terminals.
Connectivity
Of course, we will have dual-band WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, AGPS and GLONASS, as well as an infrared port to be able to manage household appliances with the mobile and FM radio for all those who are still listening to FM and AM programs and gatherings. In addition, as a novelty in relation to previous terminals, we will have reversible USB Type C.
