- Clear Google Play cache and data

Despite being developed by Google itself, the truth is that the Play Store is not without flaws. Dozens of users have recently reported that the store won't let you download apps on your phone even with space to spare. "Play Store download pending", "Google Play waiting for download", "It does not let me install applications from the Play Store", "It does not download with WiFi", "I do not download the applications in Play Store with space"… These are some of the testimonials that we have been able to find on the internet about the Play Store download errors. This time we have compiled several methods to solve one of the most common problems in the Google store.
Clear Google Play cache and data
The first step that we will have to follow to solve the problems of downloading the store is to eliminate the data and the application cache. We can do it through the Applications section in Settings. Within this section we will be shown a list with all the applications installed on the phone; the one that interests us is the Google Play Store.
Once we have accessed the application we will go to the Storage option and finally to Clear data and Clear cache. Now we will only have to access the store again to download the application we want.
Repeat the same process in Google Play Services
If the previous step does not help us, the next thing we will have to do is follow the same process with the Google Play Services application (Google Play Services on certain models). As simple as clearing the storage and cache to force a reset of the application.
Uninstall the updates for the two applications
Another method that we can resort to if the previous two do not work for us is based precisely on restoring the two applications to their state and factory version, that is, to the version with which they were included in the original phone.
To do this we will have to access each of the applications again through the Applications section in Settings. An icon with three dots will be shown on the top bar of the interface that we will have to click to activate the Uninstall updates option. Ideally, wait a few minutes for the Google updates to install.
Remove the Google account from your phone
Before restoring the phone, we can try to delete the Google account from the phone, a process that we can carry out through the Accounts section in Settings.
It is enough to delete the account that we have previously registered to register it again. Before, it is recommended to restart the phone for the changes to be applied correctly.
And if none of the above works, restore the system completely
Great evils, great remedies. The last option we can resort to is neither more nor less than restoring the phone completely, that is, eliminating all files, applications and documents present in memory.
Depending on the phone and the Android version, we can find this option in the System section in Settings or in Reset or additional Settings. In order not to lose the files in memory, we recommend making an external backup using third-party applications or Android's own options.
