A new device from ZTE has just passed through the Chinese communication agency (TENAA) with the model number V0721. At the moment it is unknown which terminal it could correspond to. Of course, there are some indications that could give us some clue. The ZTE Blade V7 Lite arrived with model number V0720, so this new phone could be its successor. We do not know if it will land on the market under the name V8 Lite or if it will be called something else. What we do know are some of its possible specifications.
From what has been leaked thanks to its time at TENAA, the successor to the V7 Lite would have a 5.2-inch screen and Full HD resolution. The ZTE Blade V7 Lite has a 5-inch panel with HD resolution, so the company would have chosen to improve this section. At the design level, there is a very similar chassis built in aluminum and with a fingerprint reader on the back. Just below the company logo would appear presiding over the central part.
A phone for all audiences
Inside the successor to the ZTE Blade V7 Lite there would be room for an eight-core processor running at a speed of 1.3GHz. This chip would be accompanied by a 3 GB RAM. The Actual V7 Lite offers a MediaTek MT6735 with four cores running at 1 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. There would, therefore, be important changes in terms of power and performance. And what is expected of the photographic section? This unknown model would equip a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies.
It also would have more pronounced measures: 146.1 x 72.6 x 8.25 mm versus 143.8 x 70.2 x 7.9 mm of the model V7 Lite. The battery would also be something bigger. It would offer a capacity of 2,540 mAh. Of course, apparently it would be governed by Android 6.0 instead of Android 7, one of the latest versions of Google's mobile platform. At the moment these are the only data we know about this new ZTE device. As soon as we have new information we will let you know.
