The company, now under the command of Lenovo, would like to resurrect it, but yes, with a renewed appearance and for exclusive users. According to the latest leaks, the Motorola RAZR 2019 would go on the market with a price of around 1,400 euros to change, this time with a folding panel, typical of the current era.
From what we know thanks to the leaks, the company would have registered a patent for the device with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The leaked images reveal a terminal very similar to its predecessor, although with a more modern chassis. It would include a folding screen, with a hinge at the back to close it. This would also have a notch at the top, similar to the iPhone X, where the headset would be housed. For its part, the lower area of the equipment (somewhat more prominent) would house the microphone and speakers. The patent application shows that the hinges would also be visible on the front, although they might be hidden from view when the phone is launched.
If we keep looking at these images, you can also see a smaller sub panel in the upper half of the rear panel, in the same place that the second CSTN screen was in the original RAZR V3. This screen would be useful for accessing text messages, checking for calls, and keeping track of notifications without having to open the phone.
