As promised a while ago, Google is streamlining online shopping through Android devices with a new feature called Pay with Google. In this way, with the push of a button you can use any of the credit or debit cards that we have previously registered in any of the company's services (Chrome, Android Pay, YouTube or Google Play). The objective is clear: to make it easier for the user and to make purchases with just a few clicks. All this always with maximum security. And it will always be necessary to verify the purchase with a code or with the fingerprint reader.
Mobile payments are booming. Services like Android Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay prove it. The last thing we have just learned in this field has been launched by Google and is called Pay With Google. Without having to fill out heavy online forms, we can pay through Android Pay, Chrome, Google Play, or even YouTube. We will only have to click and accept the purchase using the fingerprint reader or a password. As easy as that.
How to use Pay with Google
As we say, Pay with Google can be used from the compatible Android applications or through the Chrome browser. Of course, at first it will only be available to pay on North American websites. However, other services where you can pay in this way have also been announced: Airbnb, Just Eat or Deliveroo. Specifically, Pay with Google is currently accessible on 15 sites. Here is the list.
Pay with Google was announced last May during the Google I / O company's developer conference. It is now when it starts with the hope that the operation will be comfortable and fast, simplifying and speeding up the shopping experience in online stores. Furthermore, the company has confirmed that no commission will be charged for handling economic transactions. Also, all the money paid by the buyer will end up safely in the seller's coffers, instantly and safely.
