Although its real name is ZTE Skate, the French operator Orange has included this advanced mobile in its catalog of offers under the name Orange Montecarlo. It is a large smartphone with a screen size that reaches 4.3 inches diagonally and is multi-touch. That is, it will recognize natural gestures.
In addition, it works under the Android mobile platform in the version known as Gingerbread or Android 2.3. At the moment, the operator only allows current customers of the company to access this terminal under the points program and it can be obtained from zero euros depending on the points that the consumer wants to redeem and the rate that he hires.
First, this Orange Monte Carlo will be available with the Dolphin rates -the same as used in all smartphones in the company- that combine voice and data rates. The higher cost rates (Delfín 79 and Delfín 59) allow access to the terminal for zero euros if the customer redeems 750 points. In case of having 500 or 250 points, the price will rise to 20 and 40 euros, respectively.
Meanwhile, with the Delfín 30, 32 and 40 rates, the Orange Montecarlo prices will be: zero euros exchanging 1,000 points. Of 30 euros with 750 points, 50 points and 500 euros to 70 euros if you have only held about 250 points.
Finally, the most basic and affordable rate is the so-called Delfín 20 with which you can access Orange Montecarlo for zero euros as long as you have 1,250 points to change. With 1,000 points, the price rises to 20 euros. While with 750, 500 and 250 points, the prices are as follows and in the same order: 50, 70 and 90 euros.

Orange Montecarlo is nothing more than the same terminal as ZTE Skate with a different name. Screen is 4.3 inches achieving maximum resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Meanwhile, its processor is not the fastest on the market; you will have to settle for one that works at 800 MHz frequency and comes with 512 MB of RAM.
Its internal memory to store various files, only has 150 MB of space, although you can always use MicroSD cards of up to 32 GB more. For its part, the photo camera that is attached to this advanced terminal has a five-megapixel sensor and is accompanied by an LED-type Flash for scenes where ambient light is not too close.
Finally, the customer will have access to all kinds of applications thanks to Android Market, Google's online store and where there are already more than 250,000 applications to make the most of the terminal.
