Oppo continues to release smartphones. The Chinese company has announced the Oppo K3, a mid-range smartphone with high performance. This device, which comes with up to 8 GB of RAM, includes a sliding camera system for selfies very similar to the OnePlus 7 Pro and other news that we tell you below.
The Oppo K3 follows the company's design line, with a slightly curved glass rear, which houses a double main camera in the center, which is accompanied by an LED flash and the company's logo at the bottom. This rear is fused with aluminum frames, with the volume button in the left area and the on / off button on the right.
How could it be otherwise, this Oppo K3 has a panoramic front. In this case taken to the extreme, since it does not have a notch or frame in the upper area, but instead opts for a retractable or sliding camera system. This is very similar to the one that the OnePlus 7 Pro already has. Every time we need the front camera, the system will open automatically and reveal a 16 megapixel lens. It is also used for facial unlocking.
Although the upper bezel is very well used, in the lower area we have a chin with a somewhat more pronounced frame, which makes it not 'all' screen, as it happens in the OnePlus 7 Pro. Of course, it maintains a reader of fingerprints on the front.

Up to 256GB of storage on Oppo K3
This k3 has a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel and Full HD + resolution. Inside we find an eight-core Snapdragon 710 processor and accompanied with different versions of RAM and storage. On the one hand, we have 6GB and 64GB variants. Also 8 GB with the possibility of choosing between storage of 128 GB or up to 256 GB. This latest version of storage is rare in a mid-range mobile. The battery is 3765 mAh and includes fast charging. All of this moves under Android 9.0 Pie and Color OS, the manufacturer's customization layer.
The rear camera mounts a dual sensor with a resolution of 16 and 2 megapixels. The second lens has such low resolution because it is a depth of field sensor. That is, it is used to reduce the background and achieve greater detail in photographs with a blur effect. The front is also 16 megapixels.
Price and availability
The Oppo K3 arrives has been announced in China. We do not know if this terminal will arrive in Spain, but this is what it would cost.
