Little by little the mobile manufacturer Oppo is making a niche for itself in the Spanish market. Last year he showed us that he could surprise the market with a terminal as top as the Oppo Find X, but his highest turnover is in mid-range mobiles. Its philosophy is very similar to that of Xiaomi, offering quality and good features with a very competitive price. In this same line comes the Oppo AX7, a terminal that has a 6.2-inch screen, double rear camera and a huge battery of 4,230 milliamps.
In addition, the Oppo AX7 sports a nice design with a drop-shaped front camera and few frames. And inside, a Snapdragon 450 processor accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. All this in a terminal that is already on sale in Spain with an official price of 270 euros. Do you want to know it in more detail? Let's review its characteristics.

A striking design
Oppo usually makes quite beautiful terminals on a visual level. On this occasion, as it is an inexpensive terminal, no glass has been used for the rear. The manufacturer has used a back cover that mimics glass and includes a textured finish that they have called the Grain Pattern. This offers a grainy design that we assume will make it easier to grip and make the terminal less slippery.
The center frame is frosted and creates a contrast of textures with the grain of the back. Also, Oppo has used a color between blue and green that subtly changes depending on the light. Complete this kind of emerald green with a touch of gold both in the frame that surrounds the rear camera and in the fingerprint reader.
As for the front, the Oppo AX7 sports a teardrop-shaped notch that leaves the screen quite free. At the bottom it does have a somewhat thick black frame that slightly tarnishes the final design.
Big screen and tight technical set
The Oppo AX7 has a 6.2-inch HD + Incell screen. Thanks to the design of the drop-shaped notch, the ratio between screen and body is 88.4%. In addition, it has Corning Gorilla Glass technology for greater resistance to scratches.
Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor. This has eight cores and Adreno 506 GPU. It is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
Special mention deserves the battery. The Oppo AX7 has a 4,230 milliamp battery, which should offer great autonomy. In addition, according to Oppo, the AI technology of the terminal provides a more intelligent and careful battery management. The large battery has been a constant in the mobiles that make up the manufacturer's A series.
Double rear camera
The OPPO AX7 is equipped with a dual rear camera. It has a 13-megapixel main sensor with f / 2.2 aperture, which is accompanied by a second 2-megapixel sensor and f / 2.4 aperture. In addition, it includes AI Beautification technology.
The front camera offers a 16 megapixel wide-angle sensor with f / 2.0 aperture. In addition, Oppo has included the AR Stickers as a novelty in the AX7.
Price and availability
To control all this hardware the Oppo AX7 arrives with ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1. Among the most prominent features of the Oppo software we have the Smart Bar, which allows full-screen multitasking in portrait and landscape.
The Oppo AX7 is now available in Spain with an official price of 270 euros.
