Along with the Oppo A9 2020, the company has also unveiled the Oppo A5 2020, a very similar device that differs from its range brother due to some specific characteristics. This model comes with different RAM and camera resolution options, although it still enjoys the four sensors on its back. At the design level, the Oppo A5 2020 includes a main panel without hardly any frames with a notch in the shape of a drop of water. It offers a screen-to-body ratio of 89%.
The size of the panel is the same as that of the Oppo A9 2020: 6.5 inches with HD + resolution (1,600 x 720 pixels). If we turn it around, we find a clean appearance, a computer in which there is space for the quad sensor and the physical fingerprint reader. Inside the Oppo A5 2020 there is space for a Snapdragon 665 processor, accompanied by a RAM of 3 or 4 GB and a storage of 64 and 128 GB (Expandable through microSD up to 256 GB).
On a photographic level, the new Oppo model has four sensors on its back. The main sensor has a resolution of 12 megapixels, instead of the 48 megapixels offered by its bigger brother. In any case, the other three sensors (8 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP) with 117-degree wide angle, the Ultra Night Mode 2.0 night photography mode and the LED flash remain. For selfies we have a single 8 megapixel sensor with f / 2.0 aperture and Artificial Intelligence functions for Beauty mode.
As for the rest of the features, the Oppo A5 2020 equips a 5,000 mAh battery, compatible with reverse charging to be able to charge other devices. Also, the terminal is governed by Android 9 Pie under the ColorOS 6.1 customization layer.
Availability
At the moment, the phone appears on the OPPO Pakistan website in two gradient colors, Mirror Black and Dazzling White, although no price is indicated. If it is known that it can be purchased in two versions according to RAM or storage: 3 + 64 GB or 4 +1 28 GB. It is very likely that it will not end up landing in Spain.
