Jiayu wants to position itself as one of the leading MVNOs in Spanish territory. The telephone company has just announced four new rates, designed for families who want to save money on a monthly basis with their mobile device. Each of the plans includes three mobile lines with the possibility of enjoying a shared data bonus of between 15 and 50 GB. In addition, it will not be necessary to consume more with one line than with another. None of them are assigned a predetermined number of gigs.
With its new rate offer, Jiayu says goodbye to its 100 and 200 minute bonuses, already somewhat outdated. The company ushers in a new era with an increase in gigabytes with unlimited calls and shared data. Therefore, this is what the new Jiayu Mobile rates for families look like:
- Family 15 GB: unlimited minutes + 15 GB of data to share between three mobile lines for 20 euros per month.
- Family 21 GB. Unlimited minutes + 21 GB of data to share between three mobile lines for 24 euros per month.
- Family 30 GB: unlimited minutes + 30 GB of data to share between three mobile lines for 30 euros per month.
- Family 50 GB: unlimited minutes + 50 GB of data to share between three mobile lines for 40 euros per month.
It is true that these new family rates are not a novelty in the sector. Other operators such as Orange or Movistar already offer the possibility of sharing gigabytes between mobile lines that are added to their mobile and fiber rates. In any case, Jiayu's proposal is something new, taking into account that it is not necessary to have an all-in-one package (with fiber and mobile) so that mobile lines can share data when browsing.
It should be noted that Jiayu also has rates with unlimited minutes and 3, 7 or 20 GB for 10, 15 and 20 euros per month, respectively. As for the conditions, Jiayu reduces the speed to 16 Kbps when there is a data glut. That is, you will never charge an extra when we have used up the bonus gigs. Also, the OMV charges text messages at 9.7 cents per message, which means that they do not come with the rates.
