Could you distinguish between a Samsung Galaxy A mobile and one from the Galaxy M range? Samsung has two categories for the mid-range and lower-mid-range. On the one hand, the Galaxy A, which have somewhat more powerful features and more advanced cameras. On the other, the Galaxy M, with features and a tighter camera and a great battery at an economical price. The Samsung Galaxy Galaxy M11 belongs to this latest range. We tell you its characteristics and if it is worth it compared to the Galaxy A.
This terminal has two remarkable characteristics. One of them is its physical appearance, especially in terms of the front. Samsung has decided to add a camera directly on the screen, an option similar to what we see in the Galaxy S20. Of course, with slightly less used frames and a lens in the left area, instead of the center. The camera is quite small in size, so it does not take up much space on the front. Also, as it is in the upper corner it aligns with the notification bar. Therefore, we do not lose use of the front either.
The back is made of polycarbonate, and with the design so characteristic of the Samsung Galaxy M: camera in the upper area and fingerprint reader in the center. A curious detail is that this scanner has the shape of the finger to have better recognition.

Great battery and triple camera
The best feature of this Galaxy M11 is the battery: it has 5,000 mAh of autonomy. It is a great battery, and more considering that the device mounts a 6.4-inch panel with HD + resolution. In addition to having a Snapdragon 450 processor, with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Galaxy M11 has a triple main camera. The primary lens is 13 megapixels, with an f / 1.8 focal aperture. This main lens allows you to record in Full HD resolution with 30 Fps. It is followed by a secondary 5 megapixel sensor with wide angle. The third sensor is deep, with a resolution of 2 megapixels. Finally, the front camera stays at 8 Mpx.
Also, the Galaxy M11 has USB C, headphone jack, and Bluetooth 4.2. Unfortunately, it does not have NFC, so we will not be able to make mobile payments as in other models of the Galaxy A series.
Galaxy M11 or Galaxy A?
They are somewhat different terminals, but it is true that they are increasingly similar. The Samsung Galaxy A usually have a better screen and a somewhat more advanced camera. However, the price of these models is much higher. The Galaxy M stand out for their great autonomy and for having benefits that are not bad at all, at a fairly cheap price. Therefore, they are not better than the Galaxy A, but they are cheaper. Perhaps, for less demanding users they have enough with the benefits of this Galaxy M11.
Price and availability
The Samsung Galaxy M11 is now available on the Samsung website. It comes in a single version of 3 GB of RAM with 32 GB of internal storage. Unfortunately we do not know its price. It will arrive in black, blue or purple.
