Apparently, case makers shouldn't be particularly relevant sources when it comes to talking about the year's top launches when it comes to high-end mobiles. However, there have been few occasions in which this sector has tipped the balance of speculation, especially in the case of Apple launches, when it has tried to make estimates about new devices. On this occasion, the data concerning the business plans of one of these companies has directly touched the South Korean Samsung and its future and expected Samsung Galaxy S4.
Let's put ourselves in situation. Pelican is the name of a company that among its activities includes the design, manufacture and distribution of protective cases and covers for mobile phones. This company would be one of those in charge of putting into circulation accessories for the future Samsung Galaxy S4. And here comes the interesting thing: the firm would have assured, according to the SamMobile medium, that next June the new covers for the next Samsung flagship would already be in stores .
Given this, and considering that Pelican's plans are true and not the result of some error, two possible conclusions can be drawn. On the one hand, the distribution of the new cases manufactured by this company could coincide with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4 itself, with which we would be talking about a direct order to Apple, since it would imply the adoption by Samsung of which until Two generations ago it was the iconic date for Apple to unveil its iPhone. On the other hand, the information from Pelican would not be directly connected with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4. In this sense, the date would be limited to indicating when said cases would begin to circulate, assuming the arrival of the telephone in stores before June. The Samsung Galaxy S3 went on sale at the end of May 2012, so that reading is equally possible within reason.
Beyond this, among the latest data that have been known about the Samsung Galaxy S4, the supposed confirmation of its screen of almost five inches (4.99 inches) with Full HD resolution (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) stands out. An exhibitor that the South Korean company showed during the last electronics fair, CES 2013, in Las Vegas would have made it clear that the next large panel that Samsung would install on a smartphone would be, indeed, that screen. Despite everything, for the moment it remains an unknown in official terms.
A recent rumor indicated that the display of the Samsung Galaxy S4 would be 4.8 inches, as the current Samsung Galaxy S3, and higher resolution of the comments made by Samsung, reaching 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. However, it is not a data that has more support than that of YouMobile's own publication, which makes it very unlikely that we will finally see that technology in the Samsung Galaxy S4.
