The Japanese company Sony has decided to start the week with two new operating system updates for the Sony Xperia T3 and the Sony Xperia M2. In principle, these are small updates that do not involve major changes in these two terminals, and rather it seems to be a patch intended to correct errors that users may have detected. The update that the Sony Xperia T3 (model D5102) has begun to receive responds to the name 18.2.A.1.18, while the update that the Sony Xperia M2 (model D2303 is receiving) responds to the denomination of 18.3.C.0.39.
In the case of the Sony Xperia T3, in addition to its variant with LTE connectivity (D5103, D5106) it has also begun to receive a similar update with the name 18.1.A.1.21, the version of the operating system that this update brings with it is still Android 4.4.2 KitKat (that is, the version under which this mobile worked until now). We have also learned that Sony has a new update on the way for this terminal that will respond to the name of 18.1.A.1.23 and, as on this occasion, it will only mean small corrections of errors in theSony Xperia T3.
The Sony Xperia M2, for its part, does not present any great news after its update and its operating system continues to correspond to Android in its version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. In addition, a certification has revealed that this terminal will receive another new update in the next few days (with the name 18.3.C.0.40) that will include small bug fixes and will also be distributed on the Sony Xperia M2 Aqua.
To know the exact changes that these two updates bring with them, we will have to wait for the first opinions of the users who download and install these files on their terminals. Remember that to install an update in a Sony Xperia the steps to follow are these: we access the Settings application of our mobile, click on the " About device " section that we will see among the last options in the configuration menu, click on the option of " Software update " and, finally, we wait for the mobile to automatically detect the latest updates available for download. It is important that during the execution of this process we have more than 70%battery in autonomy, in addition to that for downloading the update it is highly advisable to use only WiFi connectivity to avoid spending the data rate.
When it comes to the latest operating system updates from Sony, one of the most recent updates has been the arrival of Android 4.4.3 KitKat to the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra. On the other hand, also important news in relation to these updates has been the suspension of updates to the Sony Xperia SP, which will remain running under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean version for the rest of its useful life, which has meant a jug of cold water for users who expected to receive the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update on this terminal.
