A few days ago we told you in these same lines that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will receive the update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean imminently. It is said that at the end of this same month of August, users of the latest high-end mobile phone from the South Korean firm will receive the notification inviting them to update their terminal. Meanwhile, the official Android 4.1.1 ROM had already been leaked, although this time, we have to tell you about a new edition that has been leaked through the XDA Developers site .
On this occasion, it is again an Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean ROM, although as we have been able to verify, we are facing an edition of the platform that is more stable in its operation. For the rest, the benefits that we would see in the Samsung Galaxy S3 with the latest from Google would be the same as in the ROM that we already told you about last week.
Among other improvements, the presence of a new notification bar that homogenizes its appearance with what is seen on Google+, the social network created by the Mountain View firm, stands out. Also striking is the presence of interesting voice search services, similar to what is seen on the iPhone with Siri, and that in a way will be presented on the Samsung Galaxy S3 as an alternative to the native service that this mobile carries and that we know as S Voice.
So far there are no final or official dates for the deployment of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for the Samsung Galaxy S3. Among the most reliable rumors it is suggested that, taking advantage of the event that the South Korean has scheduled for next August 29, those in Seoul announce the start of the update process of what is not only their high-end at this time, but also the most powerful and envied of the devices of the Android segment and, perhaps, of the entire smartphone panorama.
