Nubia launched a few days ago the Nubia X, one of the most revolutionary terminals of the Chinese manufacturer that has a screen with hardly any frames on the front and another screen on the back. This terminal is undoubtedly very interesting and it seems that users have liked the idea. When it was put up for sale it sold out in seconds.
Specifically, some 100,000 units were sold in just 57 seconds. Based on the specifications we speak of an economic terminal. It has a base price of 3,299 yuan, about 420 euros for the 6 GB version + 64 GB of internal storage. While the most expensive version is the 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, with a price of 4,199 yuan, about 530 euros.
Nubia X, with two screens
The Nubia X has one main feature: two screens. The company has chosen to put a screen on the rear for the removal of the notch. They also don't use a retractable system, like the Oppo Find X, so the front camera disappears. The rear screen is used so that we can see ourselves in the camera, since the double main camera will also serve to take selfies. In addition, the second screen offers very interesting specifications, such as being able to view different images, backgrounds or notifications. Of course, it is an AMOLED panel that consumes less autonomy. In addition, the terminal has a fingerprint reader on the screen, another on the side and a screen use of 93.6 percent.
One of the concerns of users was the need to include extra protection due to its second screen. However, that has not been an impediment to selling the first 100,000 units. Nubia is likely to re-launch more units for sale. At the moment we do not know if it will reach other markets after the success in China.
