Nokia lumia 920 vs iphone 5, which one has the most sensitive screen?
The Nokia Lumia 920 is one of the smartphones with the most sensitive screen. It has already been seen in different situations, such as being handled with gloves on. And without these being special. However, the iPhone 5, Apple's latest model, cannot say the same. The last test has been to play the Fruit Ninja game with a real knife, which of the two models has responded better to the test?
Nokia has prepared its new range of Lumia terminals under the Windows Phone operating system for this beginning of the year. Among them are the Nokia Lumia 620 -the most affordable model with a price below 300 euros-, the Nokia Lumia 820 and one of the protagonists of this story, the Nokia Lumia 920, which will be the maximum exponent of the firm for this 2013.
If there is one aspect that has attracted the attention of the latter, it is its large 4.5-inch multi-touch screen, which is also one of the most sensitive on the market: it is capable of recognizing natural gestures even if the user has gloves on. hands. However, to further convince future buyers, it has been found that the sensitivity of the Nokia Lumia 920 screen goes one step further: it is capable of working even if a knife is used directly on the screen.
The test has been carried out with a game of the famous Fruit Ninja game, where the player must cut the corresponding fruits that appear on the screen in half. And so it has been: in the video that has been recorded, you can see the Nokia flagship perfectly responding to all the stimuli that the player was doing with the knife in hand; that is to say: in this case, the fruits were actually "cut" by a knife.
Meanwhile, in another video it can be seen that the same test was carried out on an iPhone 5, the latest smartphone from Cupertino. On this occasion, the practice is carried out with various kitchen utensils: different types of knives, a peeler or a cutter. What was the surprise? That Apple's advanced mobile did not respond to any of the movements.
But this is not something new. It could already be verified that the iPhone 5 screen was less sensitive than usual in Apple smartphones. Without going any further, the previous model (iPhone 4S) had a better response. The test was carried out with slight diagonal movements in the Mail application - native email manager -, in which it was possible to see how, after a few seconds of screen scrolling - also known as scrolling - the iPhone 5 stopped responding and the screen froze. On the other hand, the iPhone 4S, responded correctly until the end of the test.
In short, even without being a highly recommended test to practice at home, much less, on a screen that does not have any type of protection, it is proven that the Espoo people have done a good job with their equipment, especially with this Nokia Lumia 920, which has achieved good sales figures in the countries where it is already on sale, even running out of stocks in more than one store.
