It has a high resolution OLED screen, a fingerprint reader under the screen, a good technical set, a beautiful glass design and Android 9.0 in its One version. Five "eyes" on your back, what are they for?
There is no doubt that the star features of the Nokia 9 PureView are its five cameras on the rear. The terminal has two color sensors and three monochrome sensors. In other words, the five cameras work together to obtain up to 10 times more light than a system made up of a single sensor.
Every image captured by the Nokia 9 PureView is HDR, with up to 12.4 stops of dynamic range and a full scene depth of 12 megapixels. Thus, according to the manufacturer, the Nokia 9 uses all five sensors to achieve highly detailed images both in bright areas and in dark shadows. In addition, the depth map allows you to create a very interesting “bokeh” mode, offering the possibility of adjusting the focus in Google Photos after having taken the photograph.
On the other hand, we can create native black and white photographs thanks to the monochrome sensors. To take full advantage of the five sensors, the Nokia 9 PureView has an advanced camera application that allows you to capture images in uncompressed RAW “DNG” format. Thanks to this we will be able to do a better later editing in programs like Adobe Lightroom.
Close the photographic set of the terminal a front camera with a 20 megapixel sensor. Of this little has been said, the only thing that has the flash function on the screen.
Much more than five cameras
But the Nokia 9 PureView is not Nokia's top of the range just for its photographic system. It has a 5.99-inch screen with pOLED technology and QHD + resolution. And also on the front we have a fingerprint reader located under the screen, thus following the trail set by the major manufacturers.
Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. This is accompanied by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The battery is 3,320 milliamps and offers wireless charging.
All this is controlled by the Android One operating system in its version 9.0 Pie. That is, we have a powerful terminal with the experience of a Pure Android system.
The Nokia 9 PureView will hit the market soon with a price tag of $ 700. We will have to wait to know its official price in Europe.
