Nokia has just presented 4 new mobile devices within the framework of the WMC in Barcelona: Nokia 1, Nokia 6, Nokia 7 and Nokia 8 Sirocco. We are going to focus, this time, on the older brother of the range, the Nokia 8 Sirocco. What can we find in this terminal? Let's go with it.
Features of the Nokia 8 Sirocco
The new Nokia 8 Sirocco wants to enter, directly, in the catalog of high-end mobiles. Its curved glass and stainless steel design says so as well as its different features, which we will tell you about later. Regarding the screen, we will have a screen with curved edges pOLED of 2K resolution and 5.5 inches in size. Plus, it's IP67 certified to protect it from water and dust.
Dual camera for portrait mode
If we look at the photographic section, we can find a double 13-megapixel ZEISS optical sensor: we combine with this pair an ultra-sensitive and wide-angle main camera (thus we achieve better results with low light conditions) together with a 13-megapixel secondary sensor and 2x optical zoom. With the Pro Camera mode you can access a complete manual mode to configure how you want to take the images.
With regard to the RAM of this new Nokia 8 Sirocco, we have an exceptional figure of 6 GB RAM, accompanied by a really huge internal storage: 128 GB to be able to have complete series, movies and more and more photos on your device. In the audio aspect, we will have up to 3 microphones with 'Special Audio' technology in this device.
This Nokia 8 Sirocco, being an Android One terminal, will get direct updates from the Internet giant, without having to wait for the brand itself to update its customization layer. Thus, this terminal is related to others such as the Xiaomi Mi A1 that has an interface with Android Pure. It is expected that the version that we have in this Nokia 8 Sirocco is Android 8 Oreo.
The new high-end for 2018 from the Nokia brand, the Nokia 8 Sirocco, will be available for sale from next April at a price of 750 euros.
