Before proceeding with the uninstallation of the application, we can try to clear the cache and storage of the device. In this way, WhatsApp will return to its original state in which we will have to re-enter the phone number to register.
The process is as simple as going to the Android settings, specifically the Applications section. Then, we will navigate to WhatsApp and click on the Storage section. Within this section we will find two buttons that will allow us to delete the cache and storage.
Uninstall the app completely
Uninstalling WhatsApp can solve any problem we have with the application. We can also try to download a trial version from external pages, such as APK Mirror or Aptoide. After all, problems with the gallery can be due to a specific error in a specific version of the application.
