- Price and availability of the Motorola Moto G Stylus and Moto G Power
The company just made it official, after months of rumors and leaks from countless sources. Motorola's new bet for this 2020 comes with the Motorola Moto G Stylus and the Motorola G Power. While the first comes to release a new range within Motorola's product catalog, the second comes to renew what we saw last year in the Moto G7 Power.
Two are the key features of the phones. The first, as you may have imagined, is found in the presence of a stylus in the G Stylus. On the part of the G Power series we find a battery that will clearly be the most capable of its range.

Same design, same screen and same hardware
Few are the differences that we find between the two devices of the new iteration. In fact, the design is practically traced, with some differences in thickness and height that are born from the higher battery amperage that we find in the G Power.
If we look at the front, the two phones are accompanied by a 6.4-inch panel with Full HD resolution + IPS technology. This forces the manufacturer to place the fingerprint sensor in the Motorola logo that is on the back, a rear that uses three cameras. The front, by the way, houses a camera on one of the sides of the phone.
When it comes to the hardware of the two phones, the differences are practically non-existent. As a summary we find a Snapdragon 665 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage in the case of the G Stylus and 64 GB in the case of the G Power. Both support expansion through micro SD cards of up to 512 GB, and both have the same connection string: Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band WiFi…
Stylus in one, all-day battery in another
The jewel in the crown of the two Motorola devices is found in two fundamental elements: the Moto G Stylus' stylus and the battery capacity of the Moto G Power.
The first provides the phone with a series of possibilities and applications that allow you to expand the functions of the touch pen. Note applications, drawing, file management… Unfortunately we do not find any type of button, which will limit its functions as a wireless trigger.
If we talk about the Moto G Power, the phone is accompanied by a battery of no less than 5,000 mAh: the same capacity as its predecessor. The Moto G Stylus, meanwhile, stays at 4,000 mAh. Both have the same 10W fast charging technology. It remains to be seen how it deals with the enormous capacity of the larger model.
Cameras: same lenses, different capacities
The photographic section of the two Motorola phones comes loaded. Both have three independent sensors of 48, 16 and 2 megapixels in the case of the G Stylus and 16, 8 and 2 megapixels in the case of the G Power.
Beyond the differences in resolution, the cameras that make up the photographic section of the terminals have the same lenses: angular, wide-angle and macro. The focal aperture of the sensors is also shared: f / 1.7, f / 2.2 and f / 2.2. The bottom line is that the qualitative differences will not be significant.
Moving to the front, the sensor that we find in both cases is exactly the same: 16 megapixels under a focus aperture f / 2.0. Of course, it has facial recognition.
Price and availability of the Motorola Moto G Stylus and Moto G Power
The presentation of the two phones has taken place in the United States. At the moment no data are known such as the date of departure or the official price in the rest of the markets, although everything indicates that they will arrive in Spain in a couple of months.
Predictably they will do it at a price that starts from 300 euros for the G Stylus and 250 for the G Power, taking into account the 1: 1 ratio to which the different manufacturers have us accustomed.
