Last February Lenovo unveiled four new terminals for the mid-range under the Motorola seal. We refer to the Motorola Moto G7, Moto G7 Play, Moto G7 Power and Moto G7 Plus. All four have in common an all-screen design, with a notch without barely frames on both sides of the panel. They also offer an average power with between 2 to 6 GB of RAM, depending on the model, or a battery with fast charging.
However, each of them is focused on a different type of user. For example, the Moto G7 stands out above all for its panel with Full HD resolution or dual main camera, just like the Moto G7 Plus, although the latter with better features. Also, the Moto G7 Power is perfect if you are looking for a phone with a great battery. This model equips a 5,000 mAh with fast charge, while the rest of its brothers have to settle for a 3,000 mAh. For its part, the Moto G7 Play is the most restrained of the four, but also the cheapest (140 euros). If you are thinking of buying one of these devices, but you don't know which one to choose, don't stop reading. We help you to get out of doubts.

1. Design and display
The new Motorola line for this 2019 is dressed with a glass and metal chassis, which gives it a more sophisticated look than previous generations. The worst thing is that its shiny casing is a magnet for fingerprints, so you will have to pass a chamois every now and then to clean it. In any case, a cover can be solved. Another novelty this year is an all-screen design with notch, more trimmed in the case of the standard model (Moto G7) and in the Plus, which include it in the form of a drop of water. The reduction in frames this year is remarkable, something that is always appreciated when viewing content and browsing. At the level of dimensions they are very similar, however the G7 Power and Plus are somewhat thicker and heavier. In general, all four are comfortable to handle and have slightly rounded edges for easy holding.
Motorola Moto G7
Regarding the screen, both the Moto G7 and the Moto G7 Power coincide in size: 6.2 inches, although not in resolution (Full HD vs HD +, respectively). The largest panel is narrowly taken away by the Moto G7 Plus, which includes a 6.24-inch one and a Full HD + resolution of 1,080 × 2,270 pixels. If you prefer more compact mobiles, the Moto G7 Play is the “little guy” of the house, with a 5.7-inch panel with HD + resolution. The result is an acceptable viewing quality, with vivid colors and good definition, without reaching, logically, at the level of high-end terminals with OLED screens and QHD resolutions.
Processor and memory
All Moto G7s share a processor, except for the Moto G7 Plus which is powered by a slightly higher one. The Moto G7, G7 Play and G7 Power arrive with a Snapdragon 632, a 1.8 GHz Kryo 250 eight-core chip, four of them based on Cortex A75 and the other four on Cortex A53. This is accompanied by a 4 GB RAM memory, in the case of the standard version, 2 GB in the Moto G7 Play and 3 or 4 GB in the G7 Power. In general, it is a solvent set for using popular apps, browsing or writing on WhatsApp while sharing statuses on Instagram.
Motorola Moto G7 Play
The Moto G7 Plus deserves a separate mention. This device has a Snapdragon 636 processor with eight 1.8 GHz ARM Kryo cores and an Adreno 509 GPU. We can say that this chip is very similar to the Snapdragon 632, but slightly more efficient. In any case, the performance will not be very different, except, yes, that this model is accompanied by a 6 GB RAM, which makes it, in general terms, the best performing among the brothers.
Regarding storage, the Moto G7 arrives with a 64 GB space, the Moto G7 Play with 32 GB. For its part, for the Moto G7 Power and Moto G7 Plus you can choose a storage of 32 or 64 GB, as well as 64 GB or 128 GB, respectively. All can be expanded through the use of microSD-type cards.
Photographic section
Of the four, only the Moto G7 and G7 Plus include a dual sensor. The first offers a resolution of 12 + 5 megapixels with aperture f / 2.2. The configuration of the second is similar, 16 +5 megapixels with aperture f / 2.2. Therefore, they are the only phones in this family to be able to enjoy portrait or bokeh mode. The Moto G7 Play and Power have a single sensor of 13 and 12 megapixels, respectively, with aperture f // 2.0. Of course, these last two behave better when taking selfies, since they hide an 8 megapixel secondary sensor in the notch, while for the others it is 5 megapixels.

Battery and connections
If what you are really looking for when buying a mobile is one with a battery to spare for a whole day or more, with the Moto G7 Power you will not have any problem. It is the only one of the four brothers in the range that equips a 5,000 mAh. This comes accompanied by a fast charging system, so we can charge more than half in a few minutes. The rest of the models house a 3,000 mAh with fast charge. Ok, it is lower, but with an average use of the terminal we will have more than enough for the whole day without going through the plug.

On the connections, the four coincide in a wide range of options: 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, FM radio, NFC technology, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS and USB type C 2.0. It should be noted that they are governed by Android 9 under the company's customization layer.
