The American company Microsoft has only just started its journey in the mobile phone market. It all started with the acquisition of Nokia's mobile division, and following the recent introduction of the Microsoft Lumia 535, Microsoft appears to be involved in the production of a new smartphone in the Lumia range. At the moment we only have some filtered photographs that have appeared a few hours ago on the net, some photographs in which you can see a new mobile with Windows Phone that seems to incorporate a screen between 4.9 and 5 inches.
Although it is too early to draw hasty conclusions from these leaked photographs, the network has already begun to speculate about the possibility that we are facing a new Microsoft Lumia 1030, a smartphone that would succeed the Nokia Lumia 1020 that came to stores at the end of last year 2013.
If this information about the Microsoft Lumia 1030 is true, we would be talking about a smartphone that would incorporate high-end technical specifications formed by features such as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, a screen with a resolution of a minimum of 1,280 x 768 pixels and a Adreno 420 graphics processor, in addition to the Windows Phone operating system in its latest version of Windows 10.
Beyond these concise data, at this time there is no type of truthful information in relation to the smartphone that appears in these images. In fact, we must not rule out the possibility that it is a Windows Phone mobile from a company outside Microsoft, since there is no trace of the Microsoft logo on the pieces that appear in the photographs.
Even assuming that Microsoft is really working on a new Microsoft Lumia 1030, it is most likely that the presentation of this new terminal will not come true until the middle of next year 2015. Keep in mind that Windows Phone 8.1, the operating system under which Nokia and Microsoft mobiles work today, is getting closer and closer to being replaced by Windows 10. And Windows 10, in short, will be a before and after in the Windows Phone operating systemfor the simple reason that this new version will make absolute compatibility between all Microsoft devices a reality, in such a way that an application that works on the computer will also work on a smartphone or tablet with the same operating system.
Therefore, in the event that Microsoft had planned to launch a high-end mobile on the market, it is most likely that it would contain its launch until it could be distributed with the Windows 10 version of the Windows Phone operating system installed as standard. And since Windows 10 will not be ready until next year 2015, everything indicates that we will still have to wait a few months to know exact information about the new Microsoft flagship.
