Meizu returns to the scene with the Meizu M6, a simple phone that comes to replace the Meizu M5, announced almost a year ago. The new model presents a continuous line, with a unibody shell in which aluminum and polycarbonate are mixed. Edges are slightly rounded with subtle, thin lines. We can say that this new Meizu is beautiful at first glance and can be a good companion for basic and common tasks.

Benefits for all audiences
The Meizu M6 has a 5.2-inch IPS LCD screen with an HD resolution (1,280 x 720 pixels), which gives it a density of 282 pixels per inch and a maximum brightness that reaches 450 nits. These are very tight figures, but they are in line with the expected price (about 150 euros). The Asian company has decided to forget about MediaTek and has opted for an eight-core Helio P10 processor running at 1.5GHz. This chip is accompanied by a 2 or 3 GB RAM memory and a dual-core Mali-T860MP2 GPU for graphics. Also, you can choose between two storage capacities, 16 or 32 GB. Both are expandable by using microSD type cards.
Regarding the photographic section, the Meizu M6 makes use of a 13 megapixel main sensor with f / 2.0 aperture and dual LED flash. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels, so we expect selfies of an acceptable quality. For its part, this new team comes with Android Nougat along with the Flyme 6 customization layer. There is also a fingerprint reader located on the start button.
Meizu is one of the companies that usually responds very well when it comes to battery. The Meizu M6 is not going to disappoint in this regard and has a 3,070 mAh with fast charge, which is not bad given its performance. However, it is the same capacity as the one that came within its predecessor, so the firm has not made much progress on this model. Regarding the connections section, we know that it integrates the typical ones: WiFi, LTE, GPS or Bluetooth 4.0.
Price and availability
At the moment Meizu has not given details of the availability of this new terminal. We think it could happen in the next few weeks. What we do know is that the Meizu M6 will be on sale in two different configurations: 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of space or 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB to store files and data. In addition, it can be purchased in four different colors: black, silver, gold or blue. All of them with a metallic finish. As for prices, for now this data is also unknown, although we hope that the higher version (3 GB and 32 GB) does not exceed 150 euros at the current exchange rate.
