Meizu expands its catalog of mid / high range mobiles with the Meizu 16x. This newly presented terminal has a very premium design. triple camera with a 48 megapixel Samsung sensor and a battery of nothing more and nothing less than 4,000 mAh. Is this Meizu 16Xs capable of competing with the current premium mid-range? We review all its features, benefits and everything that this mobile offers to compete in the segment with the most interesting on the part of users.
The design of the Meizu 16Xs is exquisite. The Chinese company usually gets the physical appearance of its terminals right, and this mobile is no exception. The glass back is finished in different colors and a bright tone that gives a rainbow effect when the light falls on it. On the back we see a triple camera that protrudes slightly from the edge, it is accompanied by an LED flash. In the center we only see the Meizu logo.
And the fingerprint reader? It is integrated into the screen. According to Meizu, this scanner is capable of detecting the finger and unlocking in 0.2 seconds. The front is panoramic, with minimal frames. Meizu does not want a notch in this terminal and opts for a thin bezel in the upper and lower area. At the top we can see the camera for selfies and the speaker for calls, while the chin is completely empty. An interesting detail is that we have two finishes on the front: black and white. The aluminum frames present a correct position of the buttons: all on the right side. While the USB C and main speaker are at the bottom.

Three cameras and Super Night mode
One of the main features of this Meizu 16Xs is its triple camera. It has a main Samsung sensor with 48 megapixels and a focal aperture f / 1.7, so we can expect photographs in very good light in night situations. Ls follows a second 5-megapixel sensor with an f / 1.9 focal length and a third 8-megapixel camera. In addition, the Meizu mobile has HDR and a night mode.
Regarding performance, we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, it is an eight-core chip for the mid-range, but which is very well accompanied: 6 GB of DDR4 RAM and an internal storage of 64 or 128 GB. All this with Android 9.0 Pie, the latest version of Android that comes with Flyme OS, Meizu's customization layer. Its autonomy does not leave anyone indifferent, 4,000 mAh for a 6.2-inch screen with Full HD + resolution.
