Nokia N9 will shortly receive an update to its mobile platform: MeeGo. But before it can be sent to all terminals, Nokia has sent the developers the version so they can test it and check for bugs. Once everything is ready, the final version will be sent to users. But this is scheduled for four to six weeks at the most. That is, the MeeGo PR 1.2 version could appear by the end of next February or the beginning of March.
Development of the MeeGo platform continues. Nokia does not want to abandon users who have acquired the only mobile on the market that has it installed: the Nokia N9; model on which they were based to create the current flagship of the manufacturer, the Nokia Lumia 800 with Windows Phone.
Among the expected improvements, the most notable could be to be able to make video calls with the terminal's front camera, which achieves a maximum VGA resolution (640 x 480 pixels). On the other hand, the Internet browser will also include new functions such as being able to copy and paste - a function that already exists on Apple and Google platforms.
In addition, in the multimedia section, Nokia N9 will also receive improvements in the interface of the camera, as well as in the photo gallery with a new appearance in the presentation of snapshots. But as we indicated, the MeeGo PR 1.2 version is not expected for another month or a month and a half, when the developers send their evaluations or feedback .
