After Samsung announced the presentation date of its next flagship device, the leaks continue to increase more and more. We recently saw a leaked press image of the Samsung Galaxy S8, where we could see the front with its screen without bezels. Galaxy S8 data sheet
Through Geekbench we have been able to see the main characteristics of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, and it seems that they coincide quite a lot with the previous leaks. The Samsung Galaxy S8 would have Android 7.0 out of the box. We're expecting a Samsung cape refresh and some new features. On the other hand, we once again see Qualcomm processor in the data sheet of the Galaxy S8, specifically the Snapdragon 835, which will be eight-core at 1.90 GHz. A 4GB RAM would accompany it. It does not show us more information, but in a matter of weeks we could see the complete file.
As for the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, we hardly see any differences. Same processor, (Qualcomm Snapdragon 835) and same configuration of RAM, 4 GB, although there could be a 6GB version of RAM. Of course Android 7.0 out of the box. It also does not show us more information about the battery, connections or camera.
Features that confirm what we already knew

These recently leaked features match what we have already seen before . Except for the 4GB of RAM memory of the Plus model, which although it could come in two versions (6 GB and 4 GB) surprises us that only this latest version appears in the Geekbench tab. Nor does it give us much more information, but according to the latest leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S8 would incorporate a 5.8-inch screen with QHD resolution, while that of the plus model would grow to 6.2 inches, with the same resolution. Both models would have the same rear and front camera, which would be 12 megapixels. In addition to the same connections; Iris scanner, fingerprint reader on the back, USB Type C, NFC, GPS, water and dust resistance among others. The battery would be 3000 mAh in the normal model and 3500 mAh in the Plus model.
Design also almost confirmed
For several months we have already been able to see in detail, some images of both models. Most of the leaks coincide, especially if we talk about the front part. The Galaxy S8 would have a borderless screen, at least on the sides. According to the latest rumors, it would be named ”˜Infinity Display” ™ referring to the panel without frames. Apart from the screen, on the front we would only see the Samsung logo, the camera, the microphone for calls and the sensors.
The fingerprint reader would be in the back, next to the camera and the LED flash. The rear would remain glass, with aluminum edges. It would also incorporate the curved edges on both edges. The Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus would come in different color variants, including blue, purple, and red.
During the presentation of the new Samsung tablets, the Korean firm announced the presentation date of this new device. It will be presented on March 29 in New York, as previously rumored. It is time to wait until that date for Samsung to make this device official, and all these characteristics are confirmed. The price is still confusing, but it could be around 800 euros, the most basic model.
