The final version of Android 10 Q will be announced in a few weeks. Many manufacturers have already started the open beta on their latest terminals, thus showing some of the features and functions that will reach the customization layer. OnePlus is one of the companies that has started beta since the new version of Android was announced. Although we have already been able to see some functions, until now we have not seen what Oxygen OS 10 will be like, the next version for OnePlus phones.
One of the most interesting changes we see in the initial configuration screen. In Oxygen OS 10 it will have a much more minimalist design, with white tones and a new theme called 'AMOLED Black', referring to the dark mode of Android 10 Q, which will allow us to save some battery, unlike the 'Dark' mode which will change the tones to more grayish and black, but it will not be optimized for the AMOLED panels of its terminals. We also see a new design in the settings for fingerprint, password or screen mode.
Rounded icon interface, new gesture navigation and more
The initial interface will also receive changes. It seems that the icons will have a new rounded shape, with a new design in some applications such as telephone or messages. Everything much more minimalist. New design in the notification panel, in the option of shortcuts. Now the icons are bigger. More from the interface: the recent applications menu comes with a new design It reminds us a lot of iOS. Finally, we also see the new navigation through gestures, as well as the search engine at the bottom.
Oxygen OS 10 with Android Q will arrive officially and final soon. It is very likely that the first devices to update will be the OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 6T.
