A new software update is coming to the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 +. This new version corrects various improvements in the system and adds a very interesting novelty: vibration in gesture navigation. We tell you below all the news and how you can update your device.
One of the most important features of this update is the inclusion of vibration in navigation gestures. These gestures, present in Android 9.0 Pie with One UI, did not have any type of sound or vibration. After updating to the new version, we will notice a small vibration when performing the gesture. In this way we will know if we have done it correctly. The gestures of the Samsung Galaxy S10 are arranged in three buttons: back, home and multitasking. We just have to slide from the bottom to the center on some of the three lines that we see in the frame.
Beyond the changes in gesture navigation, this update also includes improvements in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and improvements in system security. In addition, it comes with the June security patch, which corrects different vulnerabilities in the interface. The update has a weight of about 250 MB.
How to update the Samsung Galaxy S10
This new version is reaching different countries in Europe and Asia. Little by little it will be available on all devices. It comes with different version numbers for the different Samsung Galaxy S10 models. If you have the automatic updates option activated, it will appear once you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Otherwise you must go to Settings> device information> software update and check that you have the latest version available to download and install.
As this is a small update, it will not take up much storage and will download quickly. Even so, it is important to have enough battery to be able to perform the installation correctly.
