Samsung would be working on new folding mobiles to increase the family. The latest rumors speak of two new devices: Galaxy Fold G and Galaxy Fold F, which could see the light of day next year. The first would come with an 8-inch panel when unfolded, while the second would go up to 13 inches once opened. It is a considerable size, which we have already seen in current tablets such as Apple's iPad Pro, and which would allow us to enjoy larger dimensions to work or watch movies. Once closed, the panel on the Galaxy Fold S would be around 4.5 inches in size.
As for the possible design, rumors reveal that the screen of the devices would not bend once but twice. The Galaxy Fold G would have two inward folds. In the case of the Galaxy Fold S we would find a much more worked fold in the shape of an āSā, which would leave one of the parts of the panel outwards. At the level of performance we do not yet know details, although we imagine that they would have more advanced features than the current Samsung Galaxy Fold.
The terminal has a 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Display panel (4.6 inches with HD + resolution when closed) when deployed. Inside there is space for an eight-core processor (7nm), accompanied by 12 GB of RAM and a storage of 512 GB. On a photographic level, the Galaxy Fold includes a triple rear camera. The first is a 12-megapixel wide-angle with dual aperture (f / 1.5 - f / 2.4), Dual Pixel focusing system, and optical image stabilization (OIS). This is accompanied by a telephoto lens also with 12 megapixels, f / 2.4 aperture and optical image stabilization. The third and last sensor is a 16 megapixel ultra wide angle and f / 2.2 aperture.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold also boasts a 4,380 mAh battery with fast charging and wireless charging, as well as Android 9 system under Samsung ONE UI. This model will go on sale in Spain on May 3 at a price of 2,000 euros.
