Apple is already working on its next iPhone. Given the poor reception that the current ones have had, the firm should devise a new strategy to seduce users. According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, one of the novelties would be related to wireless charging. Apparently, the new iPhones would arrive with the ability to charge other devices wirelessly, which indicates that they could have a higher-amperage battery.
The analyst has ensured that this year's models would retain the 6.5 and 5.8-inch OLED panel devices. An iPhone with a 6.1-inch LCD screen would also be launched, a successor to the current iPhone XR, which would be updated with 4GB of RAM. For its part, according to Kuo, all the terminals this year would include frosted glass casing, larger batteries, the ability to charge other devices wirelessly and improved Face ID. Regarding the photographic section, the iPhone 2019, probably those with an OLED screen, would include a triple camera (wide-angle, telephoto and ultra-wide angle).
Ming-Chi Kuo has gone further and given some clues about the possible design of the equipment. In his opinion, the new iPhone would incorporate a thinner OLED panel in order to reduce its weight and thickness. Also, its notch or notch would be reduced, although it has not indicated that it would disappear completely. This, without a doubt, would be a delay with respect to other of its rivals such as Samsung, which are already beginning to launch terminals without these characteristics, without frames, giving the maximum prominence to the screen. On the other hand, the phones would be compatible with the WiFi 6 standard (Wi-Fi 802.11ax). They would not have a 5G connection, since Apple would be thinking of releasing this mobile data standard in 2020.
Following the trend of other years, Apple would announce its new iPhone next September. Therefore, there are still quite a few months to know what the company is preparing. We will be aware of rumors and data to inform promptly.
