The Mobile World Congress of Barcelona is just around the corner, it will begin next Monday the 27th and will last until Thursday the 2nd. Therefore, we have thought it appropriate to give a brief review of the main mobile terminals that will be presented as a novelty in this fair. We will have LG with its LG G6, Lenovo with its Moto G5, Huawei and its P10, HTC will seek to refloat its image with the HTC One X and Sony will do the same with the Xperia XA 2017. They are all devices with interesting features, the which we will show you model by model.
HTC One X10
HTC is silent and seeks to maintain the mystery until the last moment. Without any confirmation on their part, all the leaks and rumors suggest that the terminal chosen to be presented at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona will be the HTC One X10, its umpteenth attempt to re-float its image and thus get back to the front line of telephone brands.
According to rumors, the screen of the HTC One X10 will be 5.5 inches with Full HD resolution and a 1.9 GHz octa-core MT6755 chip with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. If this is true, we would be facing a phone with similar features to the previous HTC One A9, so there must be some element that we still do not know, and that will not be revealed until the same fair.
Sony Xperia XA 2017
The Japanese company has chosen the path of the Taiwanese HTC and has not clearly revealed what it will present at the Mobile World Congress. In fact, its strategy has been the opposite of silence: there are rumors of too many terminals, there is talk of the Xperia ZA 2, the Xperia Mineo and what is expected to be the highlight, the Xperia XA version 2017, but in any case all this information must be taken with a grain of salt.
According to some information, the Sony Xperia XA 2017 would have a 5-inch QHD screen and the processor would be a MediaTek Helio P20 with 4 GB of RAM. It is speculated with a 23-megapixel rear camera and f / 2.0 aperture and a 16-megapixel front camera with f / 2.2 aperture. The terminal would have a USB type C charging port and would work with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
Absences
The big absentees from the 2017 fair will be Samsung, star of the 2016 fair with its Galaxy S7, and Xiaomi, which made its first appearance in Barcelona last year with its Mi5. Both will present their new models at their own events at a later date. It is assumed that Samsung's case is one-off due to delays in the development of its Galaxy S8, since if it chooses to maintain a strategy like Apple or Google and create its own events, it would leave a fair that is characterized by offering a global and complete vision of the current panorama in mobile telephony
In spite of everything, MWC 2017 promises to offer good presentations, and above all it seems that it will be the scene of several attempts to take off, especially by LG, Sony and HTC, which they do well after a rather weak year. What do you think? What do you think will be the most celebrated presentation? Do you have any favorites? Remember that your comments are always welcome.
