South Korean LG wants to compete against Samsung's Galaxy A and Galaxy M range with the new W series. One of the most interesting terminals is the LG W10, a mid-range mobile with a screen of more than 6 inches, a double sensor of 13 megapixels and a battery of nothing more and nothing less than 4,000 mAh. These are all its characteristics.
The design of the new LG W10 reminds us a lot of Xiaomi terminals. The back looks like glass, with a gradient finish and a camera located in the upper area. Although it seems that the camera picks up a triple sensor, the truth is that we only have a double configuration, with a resolution of 13 and 5 megapixels. Of course, accompanied by an LED flash and a fingerprint reader, which is located in the center.
The panel, with a size of 6.19 inches, has a notch in the upper area, where the camera and the headset for calls are housed. In the lower area we have some minimum frames. The rear is fused with aluminum frames. The button panel is in the right area, while at the bottom we find the charging connector, main speaker and headphones.

We go into the characteristics of this device. We start by talking about your panel. It has a size of 6.19 inches with an HD + resolution and a 19.9: 9 aspect ratio. LG calls this aspect ratio 'FullVision Display', as it has a much more panoramic format that provides an all-screen feel. It is perfect for consuming multimedia content. Many of the series that we can find on Netflix, HBO or even videos on YouTube, are already adapted to a panoramic format. Unfortunately, the panel is not OLED, but IPS. The company usually saves panels with OLED technology for the high-end, such as the LG v50 5G.
Camera with depth of field
In performance, we find a MediaTek Helio P22 processor, an eight-core chip that comes with a more than enough 3 GB of RAM, as well as 32 GB of internal storage. LG does not lose the habit and adds support for micro SD with up to 2 TB of internal storage. All this with a 4,000 mAh battery. Considering the performance of the screen, we can expect a very good battery life. We can talk about the photographic section. As I have anticipated, it has a double camera. The main sensor is 13 megapixels and allows us to take pictures with up to 2x zoom. The second 5 megapixel lens takes care of depth of field. In this way we can take photos with a blur effect.
Price and availability
The LG Q10 has been announced in India at a price of Rs 8,999. What would be about 114 euros to change. Of course, this is a very low price, so if the terminal arrives in Spain it could be around 200 euros. We will have to wait for official confirmation from the company.
