The Korean company LG will be present this week in Berlin at the IFA 2011 technology fair. The latest terminals presented on the market will be displayed there. And one of them is the powerful and exclusive LG Optimus 3D, one of the few advanced mobiles on the market that supports 3D images.
So far, LG Optimus 3D can record and play three-dimensional videos, leaving out the possibility of converting applications or games that are natively designed to be viewed on the screen in two dimensions. In this last sector, there are already companies that are designing more realistic games that have the ability to be played in three dimensions. But LG will make it much easier with its converter named: 3D Game Converter.
During the month of October, the manufacturer will release this application for your LG Optimus 3D. Once installed in the terminal, the user will be able to convert 2D games to 3D in a very easy way. Of course, there are some conditions that these video games must have: they must be based on the OpenGL standard and can only be played in landscape mode.
In this way, LG will also make things easy for game developers, who will be able to offer their creations in both versions in a cheap way. For its presentation and its subsequent launch in October, LG has promised to have 50 video games compatible with this conversion. To these, another 50 more titles will be added by the end of the year, thus having 100 games available for use and enjoyment by the most gamer user before the next 2012 arrives.
