The uncertainty had planned these days about the LG Optimus One and a possible update to the new version of Google's operating system. The fact is that after Google presented the update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the LG company had not yet clarified whether users of the LG Optimus One could migrate to the newest version. Well, days later we can say that the answer is yes- Devices will be updated with Gingerbread on a date yet to be determined.

The Korean company LG has just released an official statement confirming the decision to update version 2.2 of the Optimus One for the one known as 2.3 or Gingerbread. The truth is that the company has not wanted to advance any date, although it can be understood that the update will not arrive very late, in accordance with the launch that Google will carry out in the middle of this month of December. As always in these cases, it should be very cautious and wait for the confirmation of the company and the operators, since delays in this respect, are the order of the day.

And although the statement does not say anything about the other models, the update to Android Gingerbread could be extended to the rest of the terminals with the Optimus seal. In fact, in statements to some media, those responsible for LG have indicated that all phones will be updated mobiles that already work with Froyo. In this sense, we hope that the data package can be released soon, although as it has been happening lately, we will have to be very patient and wait for the instructions made by our operators in Spain, although we will also be attentive to the specifications for users who have a free Optimus.
