Rumors indicate that the new LG G4 will be presented on April 28, and the South Korean company LG seems to have decided to advance one of the many novelties that this flagship will incorporate. It turns out that LG has published an official video in which it details some of the novelties of LG UX 4.0, which is neither more nor less than a new version of the customization layer that LG incorporates in its mobiles. And, according to rumors, we are also talking about the interface that the LG G4 will incorporate as standard.
Although the video is oriented for the Asian market, the screenshots of the interface shown in it are translated into English, so it is easier for us to get an idea of the novelties that the LG UX 4.0 interface will bring. Among the most striking changes in UX 4.0 compared to previous versions of the LG interface, the new Quick Shot option stands out, to take pictures even with the screen off by pressing twice on the volume down button, Smart Board, which collects information different applications (Calendar, Health or Music, for example) to display it in the same widget, or Expert Camera Mode, which adds more professional options to the camera application.

The new features of the UX 4.0 interface begin at minute 01:00 of the video. The first thing that is shown is what the main screen of this layer of customization will look like (and, therefore, the main screen of the LG G4), which we must not forget that it will be based on the minimalist design that characterizes the Lollipop update of Android OS. At minute 01:08 the novelty of the Smart Board is shown, which collects and groups information from different applications on the same screen, while at minutes 01:18 and 01:29 we can see the two most important camera novelties in this interface, Quick Shot and Expert Camera Mode (respectively).
Throughout the video you can also see other new features of the interface such as an improved Calendar application (minute 01:36 ), a small clue related to the importance that LG will give to monitoring the user's physical activity (minute 01:50 , where it is shown that the interface is capable of recognizing whether the user is riding a bicycle or running) and an option to assign a different ringtone to each contact in the phonebook (minute 02:05 ).
It is expected that LG G4 is presented on April 28, and rumors indicate that this smartphone will feature a screen resolution Quad HD with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 4 gigabytes of RAM, up to 64 gigabytes of internal storage and a main camera of 16 megapixels, plus some of the latest versions of Lollipop (probably Android 5.0.2 Lollipop).
